Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after we confirm it. We may contact you to verify an order or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, pricing contains an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable refund is processed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
