Shipping & Delivery Policy

POSVIQ delivers orders to serviceable locations in India. Availability, estimated delivery time and any delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed after the order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days after confirmation, subject to stock availability and order verification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the delivery PIN code, courier service and conditions beyond our control. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will share tracking information when it is available.

Address and delivery

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact details are incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

Delivery issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video so that we can help resolve the issue.
